Secluded, yet easy to get to
Bear Valley, a small community in the High Sierra Mountain range, is located on the far Western border of Alpine County, the least populated county in California. No matter from where you come in the last leg of travel is usually easy and goes by quick. Because the only road leading in and out of Bear Valley is Highway 4, a super picturesque road officially recognized by the US Department of Transportation as national scenic byway.
